Permits & rough-in
We pull the electrical permit and complete the rough-in wiring on schedule with other trades.
Trim & devices
After drywall, we install outlets, switches, fixtures and the panel — every connection torqued to spec.
Inspection & sign-off
We coordinate the electrical inspection and hand over labelled documentation and project closeout documentation.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does a full home rewire take?
Most single-family rewires take 5–10 working days depending on the size of the home, accessibility and finish requirements.
Do I need to move out during a rewire?
Not usually. We isolate one area at a time and restore power nightly whenever possible to minimise disruption.
Will you patch the drywall?
We make the minimum cuts required for the wiring and can coordinate a drywall finisher, or leave openings clean for your renovator.
Is a permit always required?
Yes — any wiring beyond like-for-like device replacement requires a Technical Safety BC electrical permit, which we handle for you.
