Drawing review
We take off your architectural and electrical drawings and identify scope gaps early.
Fixed-price quote
You receive a detailed proposal with fixtures, devices, controls and phasing.
Permit & demo
We pull the permit, disconnect existing systems and complete safe demolition.
Rough-in, trim & devices
New power, lighting, low-voltage pathways and devices are installed on the GC's schedule.
Inspection & closeout
Final inspection, panel labelling, as-builts and closeout documentation is delivered at turnover.

How quickly can you mobilise?
For most TI projects we can start rough-in within one to two weeks of contract award, subject to permit issuance.
Do you work with our general contractor?
Yes — we work seamlessly under GCs or directly for tenants and landlords, whichever your project structure requires.
Can you handle demolition of existing electrical?
Absolutely. Safe de-energisation, removal and disposal of legacy fixtures, cabling and devices are part of our standard TI scope.
Will you deliver as-built drawings?
Yes — labelled panel schedules and marked-up as-builts are provided at project closeout for landlord and building records.
