Permits & rough-in
We pull the permit and rough-in power, data pathways and lighting to match the ceiling grid.
Trim & controls
Devices, fixtures and lighting controls are installed, addressed and commissioned floor by floor.
Inspection & handover
Final inspection, panel schedules, as-builts and closeout documentation is delivered at closeout.

Can you work after hours to avoid disrupting our team?
Yes — evening and weekend crews are standard on occupied-office work so productivity isn't affected.
Do you install the low-voltage cabling too?
Absolutely. Our low-voltage division handles Cat6/6A, fibre and AV cabling under a single contract.
Can you re-use our existing fixtures?
Where the fixtures are in good condition and compliant, we relamp and reuse; otherwise we recommend cost-effective DLC-listed retrofits.
How do you handle live-panel work?
We follow CSA Z462 arc-flash procedures, use appropriate PPE and shut down only what's necessary, when it's least disruptive.
