EV Charging Stations — Commercial Electrical service by Dena Electronics

Commercial Electrical

EV Charging Stations

Multi-port Level 2 and DC fast-charging for workplaces, retail and fleets.

Overview

As Canadian fleets and tenants electrify, commercial buildings need reliable EV infrastructure. Dena Electronics designs and installs multi-port Level 2 and DC fast-charging systems from ChargePoint, FLO, ABB, Delta and Wallbox — with load management to avoid costly service upgrades, network billing for tenant recovery, and rebate paperwork through CleanBC, Natural Resources Canada ZEVIP and BC Hydro. From a two-charger workplace pilot to a 40-stall parkade rollout, we deliver a system built for uptime.

Benefits

  • Networked load management avoids service upgrades
  • Tenant billing and access control on every port
  • CleanBC, ZEVIP and BC Hydro rebate paperwork handled
  • Ruggedised bollard-mounted stations for parkade conditions

Our Process

  1. Site assessment

We measure existing service capacity, meter arrangement and cable pathways to each stall.

  2. Design & rebate

We propose fixture counts, load-management strategy and file rebate paperwork on your behalf.

  3. Permits & utility coordination

We pull the electrical permit and coordinate with BC Hydro if a service upgrade is needed.

  4. Install & commission

Feeders, panels, chargers and network gear are installed, tested and enrolled on the network.

  5. Owner training

We train property management on billing, reports and remote diagnostics before handover.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do we need to upgrade our building's service?

Often no — load management lets many buildings add 10–20 Level 2 chargers on existing service capacity.

Which brands do you install?

ChargePoint, FLO, ABB, Delta, Wallbox and other UL/cUL-listed networked stations. We're brand-agnostic and recommend based on your goals.

Can we charge tenants for electricity?

Yes — networked stations support per-user billing, RFID or app access, and exportable reports for chargebacks.

What rebates apply in BC?

CleanBC Go Electric, Natural Resources Canada ZEVIP and BC Hydro rebates all currently offer incentives for commercial EV installs — we'll confirm eligibility.
